Responsibilities
• You welcome, inform and guide candidates as well as hotel employees
• You establish, monitor and control accident, illness and maternity declarations as well as social insurances
• You manage the arrival and departure formalities of employees (permit applications, allowances, etc.)
• You handle various administrative tasks of the HR office, including mail management and correspondence related to personnel movements
• You manage the apartments and staff house rented to employees
• You keep employee files and the HRIS up to date
• You participate in organising leisure activities for employees
• You ensure the smooth running of the HR office in the absence of the Human Resources Manager of the Lausanne Palace
• You act as a link between managers and employees


Profile sought

• You master the social insurance system and have good knowledge of Swiss labour legislation, notably the CCNT
• You have proven experience in human resources; knowledge of the hotel and catering professions is a significant asset
• You are proficient with common IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of Mirus is an advantage
• You demonstrate a keen sense of organisation and great rigour
• You have excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills, and are comfortable speaking in public
• You show team spirit, flexibility and versatility, while being comfortable with luxury hospitality codes
• You possess good analytical and synthesis skills
• You demonstrate initiative and autonomy
