The internship is attached to the Human Resources team of the Department of Medicine. Internal medicine is a specialty focused, as its name indicates, on the inside of the body and organs. Over the past three decades, the parent discipline has given rise to multiple disciplines, which have become full specialties for several years and have obtained the same status as internal medicine itself.
You are currently training in the field of human resources and wish to develop practical experience within a dynamic and stimulating environment? We offer you the opportunity to join the Human Resources team of the Department of Medicine as part of a six-month intra-curricular internship with an agreement.
The HR team of the Department of Medicine consists of six HR professionals who support several thousand employees and the department's hierarchical managers on a daily basis. You will have the opportunity to discover a close-proximity HR function, at the heart of the human and organisational challenges of a large university hospital.
Alongside the team, you will participate in the administrative follow-up of employees throughout their professional journey. You will contribute to the preparation of HR documents, the monitoring of administrative files, data management, and various support activities essential to the smooth running of the team.
You will also support the department's internal communication by participating in content writing, preparing presentations, updating information materials, and disseminating communications intended for employees.
In direct contact with managers, employees, and internal partners, you will develop a concrete understanding of field HR activities. You will be called upon to respond to various requests, direct interlocutors to appropriate resources, and contribute to the quality of service delivered by the HR team.
Your rigour, organisational skills, and attention to detail allow you to manage several activities simultaneously while ensuring the quality of the information processed. With an excellent sense of service, you enjoy teamwork, demonstrate discretion, and know how to adapt your communication to a variety of interlocutors.
Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented, you will have the opportunity to participate in various HR projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of services offered to the employees of the Department of Medicine.
