Responsibilities

• Supervise and support HR and operational teams
• Assist executives and managers with all HR questions and requests
• Ensure the operational management of the HR department
• Provide support and advice to the executive committee
• Guarantee continuity and stability of HR activities
• Immediate intervention for a mission of at least 2 weeks

Candidate profile

• Available immediately
• Proven experience in an HR Manager position within the non-profit sector
• Ability to act quickly and independently
