We are looking for an organised, meticulous and proactive HR Assistant to join the HR team and work across a broad scope combining HR administration, recruitment support and coordination of HR activities.

This role is set within an environment with a strong upcoming digitalisation context.



HR Assistant


Our client is a Geneva-based SME.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, draft and monitor employment contracts, amendments and HR documents
  • Ensure the update and accuracy of employee data in HR systems
  • Manage processes related to the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, departures)
  • Collaborate with payroll and internal contacts as necessary

Onboarding & employee experience

  • Coordinate the entire onboarding process
  • Prepare welcome documents and ensure smooth integration of new employees
  • Be a point of contact for administrative HR questions

Recruitment support

  • Support teams in the administrative management of recruitment
  • Organise interviews (scheduling, coordination between candidates and managers)
  • Participate in managing job postings and application follow-up

Administrative Management

  • Manage employee badges and access
  • Organise internal HR events such as birthdays and anniversaries
  • Contribute to internal HR communications
  • Ensure management and follow-up of various HR administrative processes

Candidate profile

Experience

  • Significant initial experience (2 to 5 years) in HR administration or HR support
  • Good knowledge of HR processes related to the employee lifecycle
  • Experience in contract management is essential

Tools

  • Good command of office tools (MS Office)
  • Comfortable with HR systems (HRIS) and digital tools
  • Experience with SharePoint or similar tools is a plus

Education & languages

  • HR certificate (such as HR Assistant) is a significant asset
  • Fluent French and good level of English
