As a qualified nursing assistant, you will support medical staff in assisting patients at their homes. Your main duties will be as follows:

• Provide hygiene and comfort care to patients while ensuring their well-being and safety
• Actively participate in monitoring the clinical condition of patients in collaboration with nurses and doctors
• Take part in implementing preventive care to improve patients' quality of life
• Contribute to managing patient records and monitoring treatments in accordance with hygiene rules and organisational procedures

You hold a nursing assistant diploma.

Desired qualities:

• Experience in home care
• At least 6 months of experience in Switzerland is mandatory
• Sense of responsibility and solution-oriented approach.
• Driving licence required and vehicle
• Comfortable with IT tools
• Analytical skills
• Team spirit and cross-functional collaboration.
• Empathy and dedication towards patients.
• Minimum French level C1.
