What you accomplish

• You lead the agricultural sector of the "chicken" value-added chain (parent stock, hatchery, fattening) by implementing the set objectives
• You ensure the supply of the slaughterhouse with live chickens according to sales needs, respecting legal standards and animal welfare requirements
• You process the resources provided in accordance with the company’s strategy to optimise results and yields
• You establish and develop a professional partnership with the fatteners and are responsible for animal welfare according to internal guidelines and official standards in force
• You set objectives defined according to the needs of customers and the company

What you bring

• Education: Completed studies (Uni/VET, University of Applied Sciences, ES)
• Specialisation: Diploma as a technician in agri-food or equivalent training
• Professional experience: 5-10 years Confirmed experience in a similar position required
• Training in the agricultural or agri-food sector, with significant experience in production management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of processes related to breeding, supply, and animal welfare
• Ability to rigorously achieve defined annual objectives and ensure optimal results
• Natural leadership, with the ability to motivate and lead a team in a collaborative spirit
• Sense of responsibility and respect for occupational safety standards
• Ease in managing activities involving coordination of several external sites and remote management
• French (B2)
• German (B1)
