• You ensure the entire payroll administration (Infoniqa and Mobatime)
• Professional advice to line managers on all HR-related topics
• You coordinate the entire personnel administration from entry to exit, including absence management
• Support of HR annual processes including year-end payroll accounting & social insurances
• Responsibility for job postings and initial selection in all areas as well as assistance in recruiting open positions at management levels
• Management of HR projects in organisational, cultural and talent development
• You maintain contacts with social insurance institutions and external bodies (in case of accidents, incidents, etc., as well as in renegotiations and drafting cooperation agreements)
• Active participation in all operational HR topics at a demanding level
• You independently and confidently create texts for annual reports, minutes and other areas of internal and external corporate communication
• You lead your small, committed team with experience and constructiveness

We look forward to this profile

• Commercial training and further education in HR (HR specialist or HR manager or equivalent further education) with several years of professional experience in a similar position as well as leadership experience
• Proven payroll experience
• Competence in social insurance (including annual declarations) and practical basic understanding of Swiss labour law
• Proficient use of MS Teams with the entire Office suite, especially solid Excel skills are essential
• Strategic thinking and very good business understanding
• Confident German and proven written expression skills
• Secure prioritisation, self-organisation, networked thinking as well as precise, punctual and efficient work even under pressure are among your strengths
• Industry knowledge in retail and/or agriculture is an advantage
