Communications Manager in Romandy 80 – 100% (M/F)
Your mission:
As Communications Manager for Romandy, you ensure the visibility of our services to our clients. You work closely with the Marketing, Medical, Sales teams as well as with our various stakeholders. You also manage internal communication, public relations and media relations for the entire region.
Your main responsibilities:
- Client communication: You manage communication aimed at clients at regional and national levels. You write newsletters, design product launch campaigns and implement sales promotion measures. You also write content for our website.
- Publications and commercial documents: You create targeted documents (information sheets) and write brochure content intended for doctors and patients, in collaboration with the PR department.
- Social media: You develop and manage our channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn.
- Regional internal communication: You plan and implement communication actions for Romandy. You feed the intranet with relevant information.
- Public relations and media: You write and coordinate specialised articles. You ensure follow-up and support for media enquiries in Romandy.
- Cross-functional projects: You actively participate in various project work according to the company’s needs.
Your profile:
- Analytical and synthesis skills: You are able to translate complex situations or data into clear and understandable texts.
- Client orientation and collaboration: Endowed with a strong team spirit and a sense of service, you place the client at the centre of your priorities.
- Organisation and flexibility: You are a structured, conscientious and stress-resistant person, capable of managing unforeseen events with agility.
- Proactivity: You show initiative and know how to assert yourself constructively to advance your files.
- Ethics and discretion: You respect the highest ethical standards and demonstrate absolute discretion in handling confidential information.
- Sector interest: You show a marked interest in laboratory medicine and the Swiss healthcare system.
Professional qualifications:
- You hold a qualification in marketing or communications
- You have several years of experience in a similar role.
- You possess excellent writing skills.
- You are able to conceptualise, structure and analyse complex content.
- Experience in the medico-scientific field is an advantage.
- You have perfect command of French (native language). Very good knowledge of English is required, and German is an asset.
