To complement our teams, we are looking for a:
100% Modern Workplace Specialist
YOUR FUTURE MISSION
- Manage, maintain and optimise the application lifecycle across all Workplace environments of our clients
- Package, test, validate and deploy applications via Microsoft Intune
- Supervise and monitor application deployments, analyse installation feedback and resolve anomalies
- Administer Intune, Autopilot and associated configurations to ensure compliance and security of workstations
- Maintain and evolve VDI images (golden images), manage updates and application deployments
- Coordinate Workplace activities with support, infrastructure and security teams
- Document procedures, keep application repositories up to date and contribute to the continuous improvement of Workplace processes
- Participate in support and incident and request management
- Technical training (CFC, Brevet, Bachelor or equivalent)
- Proven professional experience in Workplace management and application packaging (+2000 workstations)
- Mastery of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD and Windows 11 technologies
- Strong skills in packaging (PowerShell, Win32, MSIX, MSI) and good knowledge of VDI environments (Ominisa)
- Certifications appreciated: MD-102, MS-900, AZ-104, AZ-140, MS-102, or equivalents
- Awareness of application lifecycle management, standardisation and workstation security
- Ease in communication, support and advising users and clients
