Mandated by our client, a high-end watch manufacture in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking, for a long-term temporary assignment (permanent contract) in after-sales service, for a
Operator - Assembler of watch cases and bracelets -
(M/F)
Tasks:
- Assembly of cases
- Fitting of bracelets
- Aesthetic inspection and waterproofness control
- Gluing of crystals
Skills:
- Mastery of assembly techniques: Proven experience in assembling small components, ideally in the watchmaking, jewellery or micromechanics sector.
- Manual dexterity and precision: Ability to handle specific tools and delicate parts with great skill and millimetric precision.
- Knowledge of materials: Familiarity with various materials used (precious metals, sapphire crystals, etc.)
- Gluing techniques: Experience with precision gluing methods, especially for crystals, and adhesive management.
- Compliance with procedures: Ability to rigorously apply operating methods and quality standards.
Start date : immediately or to be agreed.
