Our Digital team drives the group’s digital transformation by developing and evolving our digital products (websites, mobile applications, CMS, CRM, ERP, data & AI tools). Digital Project Manager (80-100%)



How you will contribute to our success:

- By managing digital projects:

  • Gathering and analysing business needs;
  • Writing functional specifications for suppliers and service providers;
  • Planning, monitoring and coordinating projects within deadlines, budgets and objectives;
  • Organising and conducting testing phases in collaboration with business experts;
  • Ensuring follow-up of new developments until their production deployment and stabilisation;
  • Conducting project reviews and identifying areas for improvement.

- By managing and evolving our digital products:

  • Administering and developing the group’s digital tools (Analytics, SEO and internal solutions);
  • Coordinating operational activities with partners and suppliers;
  • Ensuring quality, performance and availability of products for our users;
  • Managing access, rights and level 2 support.

- By collaborating cross-functionally:

  • Providing expertise and advice on Digital, SEO, UX/UI, performance, security, analytics and marketing personalisation;
  • Participating in the development of the group’s digital product strategic roadmap;
  • Ensuring constant collaboration, regular and transparent communication with stakeholders.

This role is for you if:

  • You hold a higher education degree in computer/digital engineering (university degree, HES or equivalent qualification);
  • You have proven experience in managing digital projects;
  • You have solid expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • You master Digital and CMS, Front-end developments, with solid foundations in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and have knowledge of web architectures and APIs; SEO & GA4 Analytics;
  • You master mobile applications with experience in iOS & Android application development and management;
  • You understand Data & AI challenges;
  • You demonstrate autonomy, initiative and appreciate collaborative work;
  • You are results-oriented, curious and proactive in testing and developing new approaches;
  • You have excellent organisation skills and ease in managing multiple projects;
  • You have professional-level English proficiency (minimum B1).
