About the role

As a Workplace Coordinator, you will lead a team of students to modernise workstations. You will ensure the technical deployment and user support during the migration to telephony.

Tasks

Supervision of IT equipment deployment and team coordination as part of a migration to cloud telephony.

  • Coordinate and supervise a team of students on site
  • Install and configure computers and screens at workstations
  • Remove old landline phones following the Teams migration
  • Provide on-site support to colleagues and management

We are looking for

  • Fluent command of French
  • Good proficiency with IT tools and technical curiosity
  • Strong sense of organisation and responsibility
  • Excellent presentation skills to interact with high-level contacts

An advantage if you have

  • Previous experience in on-site support or IT deployment
  • Natural aptitude for leadership and team supervision
