About the role
In collaboration with the IT team, you will handle level 1 user support and contribute to the management of the IT equipment. You will assist new employees on arrival and ensure the availability and proper functioning of work equipment.

Tasks
This position combines first-level technical support with the physical and administrative management of IT equipment within the offices.
- Provide level 1 IT support for on-site users.
- Prepare and configure workstations for new employees.
- Manage password resets and user access.
- Install and set up equipment (screens, docking stations, printers).
- Manage and resolve incidents related to access badges.
We are looking for
- A computer science student.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1 level) for an international environment.
- Residence in Switzerland is mandatory.
An advantage if you have
- Previous experience in managing IT equipment.
