You will participate in the preparation and production of various services related to events, visitor lounges, delivered meals, cocktails, receptions, as well as plated services offered at the bank's Visitor Center. You will ensure constant compliance with hygiene standards and contribute to maintaining a high level of quality in a demanding environment. You will also be required to supervise temporary staff mobilized during events and may also meet with VIP clients to understand and anticipate their specific needs. Your role will require rigorous organization, excellent presentation, and a real ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with the existing team, composed of 25 people.Profile soughtWe are looking for a profile with a degree in culinary arts (CFC or equivalent) and confirmed experience of at least two years as a Chef or Sous-chef, ideally in the catering, banquet, event, or high-end hospitality sector. A methodical, reliable profile, capable of managing stress and integrating sustainably into a prestigious structure, will be particularly appreciated. A real passion for VIP service and the event universe will be an additional asset.What the position offers:The position provides for an activity rate of 100%, with hours mainly from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and presence required during evening events.
