Active since 1972, with two stores located in Lausanne and Aubonne, it offers a wide range of products, from helmets and technical clothing to essential accessories. Its reputation is based on its expertise, dynamism, and ability to support each customer in their unique motorcycling experience.

Sales Leader
Your missions:
As a Sales Leader specialised in motorcycle equipment, you play a central role in supporting customers passionate about the world of two wheels.
Your mission is to offer an unforgettable customer experience and contribute to the success of the Moto Boutique store. Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming, advising and guiding customers in their choice of equipment (clothing, helmets, accessories, etc.), offering them solutions adapted to their needs, desires and budgets
- Sharing your passion for motorcycling by highlighting the features and benefits of the products offered
- Ensuring a neat presentation of items in the store to maximise their attractiveness
- Effectively managing orders, complaints and returns to guarantee impeccable customer follow-up
- Maintaining optimal organisation of shelves and displays, ensuring the overall attractiveness of the store
- Actively participating in stock management, product replenishment and delivery reception
- Coaching the sales team daily (1 customer advisor, 1 apprentice)
Your profile:
For this position, we are looking for a committed individual capable of transmitting their enthusiasm to customers and supporting them professionally.
- Education: Commercial Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in retail and store management experience. Experience in the motorcycle field is a plus
- Passion for motorcycling and knowledge of the motorcycle equipment world, an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills and customer service focus
- Initiative, autonomy and organisation
- Dynamism, good humour and adaptability
- Very good command of French (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Comfortable with common IT tools
