About the Role

You will play a key role in the operation and evolution of a critical Kubernetes/OpenShift platform within a demanding and collaborative banking environment.

You will work closely with Infrastructure, Security, Development, and Operations teams to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the platform.

Responsibilities

This key position involves ensuring the reliability and evolution of a critical OpenShift platform, structuring platform operations with high standards, and providing technical expertise to automate and improve processes. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure a 'One Team' approach.

• Advanced operation and evolution of the OpenShift / Kubernetes platform
• Lifecycle management: upgrades, patching, capacity planning
• Implementation and governance of observability
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of architecture and processes
• Close collaboration with platform engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Development teams

We Are Looking For

• Proven expertise in Kubernetes / OpenShift
• Experience in SRE / Platform Engineering environments
• Ability to be proactive and structure best practices
