Profile

• Mandatory federal certificate of competence (CFC) as heating installer.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Additional training in electricity, refrigeration, MCR or sanitary systems is an advantage.
• Excellent skills in oxy-fuel welding.
• Good knowledge of MCR as well as current technical systems.
• Ability to work independently, with good problem-solving skills, versatility and flexibility.
• Comfortable with IT tools, especially the Office suite.
• Good interpersonal skills, customer orientation, proactivity and team spirit.
• Organisational skills and a driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and repair interventions on a dedicated site (HVAC and TFM installations).
• Diagnose faults and malfunctions on heating, ventilation, sanitary installations and heat pumps (HP).
• Order necessary materials directly from suppliers.
• Renovate and maintain gas, oil and heat pump boiler rooms.
• Commission HVAC installations.
• Prepare and organise interventions ensuring the availability of necessary tools and resources.
• Provide cost estimates for quick repairs.
• Coordinate assignments in compliance with quality, safety and risk management standards.
• Participate in the on-call service.
