To join our HVAC After-Sales Service in Préverenges, we are looking for a:
Heating After-Sales Service Installer (m/f) 100%
Profile
- Mandatory federal certificate of competence (CFC) as heating installer.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Additional training in electricity, refrigeration, MCR or sanitary systems is an advantage.
- Excellent skills in oxy-fuel welding.
- Good knowledge of MCR as well as current technical systems.
- Ability to work independently, with good problem-solving skills, versatility and flexibility.
- Comfortable with IT tools, especially the Office suite.
- Good interpersonal skills, customer orientation, proactivity and team spirit.
- Organisational skills and a driving licence required.
Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and repair interventions on a dedicated site (HVAC and TFM installations).
- Diagnose faults and malfunctions on heating, ventilation, sanitary installations and heat pumps (HP).
- Order necessary materials directly from suppliers.
- Renovate and maintain gas, oil and heat pump boiler rooms.
- Commission HVAC installations.
- Prepare and organise interventions ensuring the availability of necessary tools and resources.
- Provide cost estimates for quick repairs.
- Coordinate assignments in compliance with quality, safety and risk management standards.
- Participate in the on-call service.
