To complete our High Voltage Network team in Noville, we are looking for a
Head of the HT Line Group (m/f) 100%
Profile
- Engineering degree or Federal Master’s in the energy field complemented by business management training.
- Good knowledge of overhead lines and HV cables.
- Strong experience in project management and continuous improvement.
- Ability to unite and motivate, natural leadership.
- Good prioritisation and stress management, rigour, ethics, strong autonomy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
- Cross-functional collaboration and good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the HT Line domain strategy in alignment with the objectives of the service and business unit.
- Lead and animate an operational team by creating a climate of trust and enabling each member to fulfil their tasks and develop.
- Ensure operational coordination between operations, assembly, and projects.
- Manage the OPEX/CAPEX budget of the domain and ensure performance according to objectives.
- Develop customer relations and manage non-monopoly service offers.
- Guarantee regulatory compliance of the domain (OLEI, ORNI, LIE, OICF, ESTI, SUVA, etc.).
- Represent the HT Line domain in the service and business unit bodies.
