To complete our High Voltage Network team in Noville, we are looking for a High Voltage Line Group Manager (100%)ProfileEngineering degree or Federal Master's degree in the energy field, supplemented by management training. Knowledge of the field of overhead lines and cables. Experience in project management and continuous improvement. Ability to unite and motivate, leadership, priority and stress management, rigor, ethics, strong autonomy. Excellent communication and transversal skills and good ability to negotiate and carry the strategy of the High Voltage Line field in alignment with the objectives of the department and the business unit.Lead and manage a team by creating a climate of trust and allowing everyone to fulfill themselves in their missions and to develop. Ensure the interface between assembly and projects. Manage the OPEX/CAPEX budget of the field and ensure performance according to objectives. Develop the customer portfolio and manage non-monopoly offers. Guarantee the regulatory compliance of the field (OLEI, ORNI, LIE, OICF, ESTI, SUVA, etc.).
