About the role

You will join an existing team and help manage the information system! You will be trained and supported to discover the profession. Our client is looking for someone willing to commit throughout their academic career.

We are looking for 1 student to cover weekend hours.

Tasks

  • Participation in the execution and control of operational work
  • Monitoring the functioning of IT services
  • First-level analysis of anomalies and making corrections to problems
  • Documenting and managing exceptional situations
  • Incident management via the tool
  • Handling support requests from offices located internationally

We are looking for

  • Computer science student (Bachelor or Master)
  • Motivated person, solution-oriented and eager to learn
  • Proficient in Windows
  • Fluent French
  • English (good conversational and reading skills, level B2)
  • Residence in Switzerland
