Customer Advisors - Call Centre (100%)
Job Descriptionfor a long-term temporary assignment
As a customer advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Answering calls from customers
- Advising and redirecting customers to the company’s products
- Reviewing each request with the aim of providing an appropriate solution
- Writing correspondence
- Ensuring a high quality service
- You have a commercial education
- You have experience in the banking sector in Switzerland and/or a call centre in Switzerland
- You have an excellent command of French (level C2-C1), good knowledge of German or Italian (level B2-C1), all three national languages would be a huge asset!
- You are comfortable with common IT tools
- You have a strong customer orientation and good initiative
- Extracts from the criminal record and debt collection register will be required for this assignment
