As a global energy specialist, ID GO Management SA advises you and provides an overview of the various possible solutions to improve the energy efficiency of your building and industrial processes. To complete our "Total Company" team, we are looking for a:
Construction Economist (m/f) 80 to 100%
Profile
- Training in the building sector (construction economist, architect, engineer or equivalent)
- Proven experience in Switzerland (minimum 3 to 5 years desired)
- Proficiency in modelling with ATTIC+ essential
- Mastery of CFC standards and local Swiss market practices
- Very good analytical skills and rigour
- Comfortable with managing figures and IT tools (Excel, specialised software)
- Team spirit, autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
- Preparation of cost estimates at all project phases
- Creation of detailed quotes
- Participation in tender strategy
- Comparative analysis of offers and negotiation with companies
- Financial monitoring of projects (cost control, management of surpluses and deficits)
- Preparation of submissions for subcontractor tenders
- Contribution to the economic optimisation of projects
