Our client, a company active in high-end construction and interior design projects in French-speaking Switzerland, is looking for a Construction Economist to strengthen their team.

Reporting to the project management, you will be responsible for the contractual management of projects, from the tender phase to their completion.

Your tasks

• Administrative and contractual management of projects
• Analysis of tenders and contractual conditions
• Consultation and negotiation with subcontractors
• Issuance and monitoring of contracts and amendments
• Financial monitoring of projects and reporting
• Client invoicing and validation of supplier invoices
• Management of guarantees and insurances

Your profile

• Higher education in management/construction
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction sector
• Good knowledge of SIA standards and Swiss construction law
• Good skills in negotiation and communication
• Fluent French, good level of English
• Proficient in MS Office
