Chef specialising in Japanese cuisine M/F - Temporary assignment ASAP

Job description

You will join a professional and high-standard team, participating in the preparation, mise en place and dispatch of dishes inspired by Japanese cuisine. You must be comfortable with cutting techniques, cooking, marinating/fermentation, cold and hot preparations, as well as adhering to the expected hygiene and quality standards.

Profile sought

We are looking for someone with proven experience in Japanese cuisine, ideally gained in a restaurant, hotel or high-end establishment. You are autonomous, rigorous, responsive and able to integrate quickly into a team.
A good mastery of Japanese preparations, fresh products, sauces, broths, quick cooking or precise cutting will be highly appreciated.

Temporary assignment to be filled quickly
