FOR OUR CMS IN VALLÉE DE JOUX, WE ARE RECRUITING A: CENTRE MANAGER AT 80-90%
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the teams and services of the CMS in Vallée de Joux. Together with the CMS management team, you will oversee the management of human and financial resources as well as the development and maintenance of a positive team climate. You will promote communication within your team and work in close collaboration with the regional PSVJ unit.
YOUR PROFILE
You hold a university of applied sciences degree in the socio-health field or an equivalent qualification, along with team management experience. Ideally, you have experience in home care and postgraduate training in management. Comfortable with team management and communication, you demonstrate excellent skills in analysing and managing work processes. Your pedagogical and clinical skills are recognised. Naturally kind and positive, you are a driving force and support for your teams. You show skill in change management and project management. Good knowledge of the health network and the local economic fabric will certainly be assets.
