With the CMS management team, you ensure the steering of human and financial resources as well as the development and maintenance of the social aspect of the teams. You promote within your team and work in close collaboration with the regional center. PROFILE You have a diploma in the socio-sanitary field or a title deemed equivalent, as well as experience in team management. Ideally, you have experience in home care and a postgraduate degree in management. Comfortable with team management and, you demonstrate excellent skills in the analysis and management of work processes. Your pedagogical and clinical skills are recognized. With a benevolent and positive attitude, you are a driver and a support for your teams. You demonstrate skill in change management and project management. Good knowledge of the health network and the local economic fabric will certainly be assets.
