GENERAL MISSION

Carry out technical interventions on vehicles in compliance with the importer’s methodology in order to satisfy the customer.

DETAILED MISSION

• Perform requested interventions on vehicles (repair, maintenance, servicing)
• Carry out quick services and tyre service
• If necessary, perform vehicle tests beforehand in the presence of the customer
• Participate in mandatory and refresher training
• Ensure compliance with repair methodology application
• Manage technical documentation
• Engage in achieving the service objectives (quality and profitability)

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an Automotive Maintenance Mechanic or Automotive Mechatronics Technician
• Successful experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
• You have technical knowledge of VW Group brands (an advantage)
• You have a sense of detail and priorities
• You enjoy teamwork while being able to work independently
• You know how to manage your stress
• You are organised
• You are dynamic, flexible, motivated, honest, loyal
• You hold a valid driving licence
• You ideally live in the region
