Tasks
The role of Account Manager is a clever mix of determination and strategic thinking. You constantly wear two hats: that of the Hunter, driving our expansion, and that of the Advisor, a trusted partner to business leaders. Your talent? Knowing how to open doors where others see obstacles, then adapting our expertise to market realities and available talent to create a unique solution.
Specifically, you manage your activity around four axes:
- Prospecting and portfolio development: This is the heart of your mission. You build and manage your own client portfolio from A to Z. Cold calling is your daily lever to convince and secure strategic meetings with business leaders.
- Needs analysis and negotiation: You meet directors and managers to analyse their needs. You establish the profiles of sought candidates and lead pricing negotiations. Your goal is to convince your interlocutors of the value of our support to build long-term collaborations.
- Market expertise and internal synergy: With your field knowledge, you provide insightful advice to your clients. Once the need is identified, you work closely with our recruiters.
- Rigor and results: You are responsible for your performance. To ensure consistent results, you apply our working methods precisely, from first contact to deal closure.

Requirements
- 0 to 3 years of experience after finishing your studies.
- No sales experience needed: we train you from A to Z through our AW Sales Academy.
- Perfect French and advanced English level (C1).
- Driving licence (category B).
