To complete our team, we are looking for a:

Guest relation agent (M/F)
Workplace : Beau-Rivage Palace
Start date : Date to be agreed
Contract type : Permanent contract

Responsibilities

• You welcome, accompany and follow all our guests, from the beginning of their stay until departure
• You are their privileged contact, especially for our VIP guests
• You anticipate the desires, wishes and preferences of our guests and personalise the service according to the client profile
• You coordinate all special requests and manage arrangements and preferences (restaurant or Spa reservations, special occasions, marriage proposals-) with our various departments
• You record all information relating to our guests (birthdays, celebrations, wishes, restrictions, allergies-) in our hotel software
• You communicate daily all malfunctions, complaints and disputes noted in our complaint report, sent internally
• You respond to guest comments through our various communication channels
• You ensure the daily "room check" according to preferences, "special amenities" or any specific request, and support our reception teams by managing arrivals, departures or any other guest assistance at the reception desk


Profile sought

• You are proficient with computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Opera Cloud is an asset
• You have knowledge of reception techniques as well as luxury codes
• You are cheerful, organised, rigorous and flexible, with excellent presentation and very good interpersonal skills
• You demonstrate open-mindedness, stress management skills and a strong sense of hospitality and customer service
• You show empathy, diplomacy as well as ease in writing and speaking
• You hold a qualification in hospitality (CFC hospitality specialist, hotel school, CAP/BEP/BTS hospitality-catering or complementary reception diploma)
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in a 5* luxury or Palace establishment
• You are bilingual French/English; any other language is an asset
