MISSION DESCRIPTION

Within a demanding and modern technical environment, you will participate in the production of high-precision parts intended for cutting-edge industrial sectors. You will join a team passionate about quality, precision and mechanical know-how.
Your responsibilities
- Carry out cylindrical and surface grinding operations on single parts and small series
- Perform adjustments and start-up of conventional and/or CNC machines
- Ensure compliance with dimensional and geometric tolerances
- Carry out self-inspection of produced parts using standard measuring instruments
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and production deadlines
EXPECTED PROFILE
- Training as a precision mechanic, polymechanic or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in cylindrical and/or surface grinding
- Very good mastery of reading plans and control methods
- Attention to detail, precision and rigour in work execution
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with production teams
- Knowledge of CNC programming is an asset
- Quality mindset and solution orientation
