Description
Company Description
A locally rooted establishment firmly anchored in its region, the Réseau de l'Arc offers comprehensive patient care. It includes two hospital sites located in Moutier and Saint-Imier, five Medicentres, and the Bienne Medical Centre (Medizinisches Zentrum Biel). Its care offering is complemented by an ambulance network, two nursing homes, two radiology institutes, a centre for physical and cognitive therapies, as well as a home hospitalisation service. Thanks to its multidisciplinary expertise serving patients, the Réseau de l'Arc provides high value-added medical services. With nearly 1,250 employees, it meets the medical and hospital needs of a population of around 80,000 inhabitants.
As part of the VIVA project, the Réseau de l'Arc became the first fully integrated care organisation in Switzerland to offer a health insurance plan. The VIVA health plan is available to residents of the Jura Arc, ensuring optimal and coordinated care.
At the heart of this dynamic, the Bienne Medical Centre (CMB) fully embodies the values of accessibility, continuity of care, and coordination. A true primary care hub, it brings together a multidisciplinary team composed of general practitioners, specialists, nurses, psychologists, therapists, and care staff. Each patient is supported by a referring doctor, ensuring personalised long-term follow-up.
The CMB stands out for its integrated approach, closely linked with partner hospitals and other entities of the Réseau de l'Arc. It offers a wide range of services: medical consultations, outpatient emergencies, specialised care, paediatric follow-up, mental health, physiotherapy, wound care, dental medicine, as well as technical examinations (radiology, laboratory, etc.).
Thanks to its Walk-in Clinic, the CMB also meets urgent needs without appointment, from Monday to Saturday. It offers rapid, smooth, and coordinated access to care, reinforced by the expertise of the Swiss Medical Network to which it has been affiliated since 2020.
Its VIVA general medical practice complements this offering, providing insured persons of the VIVA health plan with personalised support, integrated within the medical centre itself. For the population of Bienne, it constitutes a privileged gateway to all the network's services, while ensuring coherent, simplified, and sustainable medical follow-up.
A reference point for the Bienne region, the Bienne Medical Centre is an example of modern local medicine, patient-centred, open to its territory, and committed to integrated care logic. To meet growing demand, we are looking for the following profile for a mixed position at the Bienne site:
