A true primary care medical hub, it brings together a multidisciplinary team composed of general practitioners, specialists, nurses, psychologists, therapists, and nursing staff. Each patient is accompanied by a referring physician, guaranteeing personalized long-term follow-up. The CMB distinguishes itself by its integrated approach, in close connection with partner hospitals and other entities of the Réseau de l Arc. It offers a wide range of services: medical consultations, emergency care, specialized care, mental health follow-up, physiotherapy, wound care, dental medicine, or even technical examinations (radiology, etc.). Thanks to its Walk-in Clinic, the CMB responds to urgent needs without an appointment, from Monday to Saturday. It offers fast, fluid, and coordinated access to care, reinforced by the expertise of the Swiss Medical Network to which it has been affiliated since 2019. The VIVA general medicine practice completes this offer, providing VIVA health plan policyholders with personalized support, integrated within the medical center itself. For the city of Bienne, it constitutes a privileged gateway to all the services of the network, while ensuring coherent, simplified, and high-quality medical follow-up. By joining the VIVA practice in Bienne, you integrate an integrated care system centered on the patient, favoring coordinated pathways, active prevention, and daily interdisciplinary collaboration. As part of this function, here are your general activities:- Conduct medical consultations to diagnose, treat, and follow up on a wide variety of patients while ensuring the general health of the population.- Perform complete health check-ups, including clinical examinations, medical history, and necessary prescriptions.- Take into account the medical history of patients to offer appropriate advice and treatments.- Perform regular follow-ups of patients by ensuring comprehensive, preventive, and chronic disease management care.- Keep medical records up to date, ensuring precise traceability of consultations and administered treatments.- Perform prevention actions, particularly in terms of screening, vaccination, and advice on lifestyles.- Update medical knowledge and train regularly in order to offer quality health service.- Perform teamwork with other specialists if necessary, as part of patient care.Profile- General practitioner or family doctor recognized in Switzerland or eligible for equivalence.- Registration or MEBEKO recognition in Switzerland or in the process of being obtained.- Proven experience in general medicine and management of varied patients.- Skills in managing preventive health and chronic diseases.- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other health professionals.- Excellent communication skills and in establishing a relationship of trust with patients.- You are comfortable in French and German (or Swiss-German); any other language is an additional asset.We OfferWe offer a varied and stimulating activity within a dynamic establishment in constant evolution.
