For our client, an innovative Swiss company experiencing strong growth, we are seeking a General Accountant.

As part of its development and the structuring of its support functions, our client wishes to recruit a professional capable of building and evolving the entire accounting function of the company.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Manage the complete general accounting up to monthly and annual closings
- Implement and structure the company’s accounting processes
- Design and optimise reporting tools and financial procedures
- Manage treasury operations and bank reconciliations
- Monitor stock and flows related to operational activity
- Prepare tax declarations and ensure compliance with Swiss regulations
- Collaborate with auditors, fiduciaries, payroll providers and other external partners
- Participate in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of accounting processes and ERP systems

We are looking for a person with:

- Higher education in accounting, finance or an equivalent field
- Proven experience in general accounting up to closing
- Experience in implementing or structuring accounting processes
- Experience within an SME, startup or high-growth environment is a real asset
- Fluent English (minimum C1) and professional French (minimum B2)
- Autonomous, pragmatic and solution-oriented personality
- Ability to independently build, structure and develop an accounting function
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong execution capability
