What awaits you

• You are responsible for handling and settling suspicious claim files in the field of personal or property insurance in French-speaking Switzerland. These tasks involve various trips throughout French-speaking Switzerland
• You independently carry out, while being part of a small team, "on desk" investigations, OSINT, field checks, surveillance coordination, as well as interviews with clients, victims or their representatives
• You manage demanding correspondence in French and document exhaustively
• You ensure follow-up of files at the level of disputes, notably with legal protection and lawyers, and you represent the Company up to conciliation
• You maintain contact and collaboration with other insurers, police forces, judicial authorities and relevant internal or external services
• You raise awareness among our employees in the context of fraud prevention

Your skills

• Proven professional experience in the police, preferably judicial, or in an insurance company, in a Fraud Prevention Specialist position. Equivalent professional experience is also possible
• Strong knowledge of insurance law and legal matters is an asset
• Native French speaker; English and German are an asset
• Autonomous, highly committed, tenacious, with a high capacity for responsibility
• Analytical and synthetic mind, as well as excellent writing skills
• Good presentation, good communicator, organisational skills, stress resilience, team spirit
