Your mission:

You are responsible for the complete execution of quality control activities, from sample reception to the final release decision, respecting deadlines and current standards.

You ensure the reliability of analyses, product compliance, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Your responsibilities:

· Perform end-to-end quality control analyses (reception, analysis, validation, release).

· Interpret and verify analytical results, including through cross-checks.

· Manage the follow-up of external analyses and coordinate service providers if necessary.

· Participate in training technicians on QC methods.

· Propose and implement continuous improvement actions (quality, safety, costs, performance).

· Perform first-level maintenance of equipment.

· Manage deviations, laboratory investigations, and CAPA according to current procedures.

· Write, update, and apply SOPs and laboratory documentation.

· Ensure compliance with GMP and HSE standards, in accordance with regulatory authority requirements.

Your profile:

· Technician training in chemistry (CFC or equivalent), ideally in analytical chemistry.

· 1 to 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated industrial environment.

· Experience with finished products.

· Very good mastery of HPLC.

· Good knowledge of laboratory analytical techniques (HPLC/LC, GC, TLC…).

· Knowledge of GMP, quality processes, and investigations.

· Experience in continuous improvement (Lean, 5S).

· Fluent French; English is an asset.
