Description

The Investment & Pension team actively supports Raiffeisen Banks in wealth management and estate planning for private clients, thereby contributing to the development of the investment client segment.

We are looking to complement our team at the Swiss Romandy Headquarters in Lausanne with an autonomous and client- and market-oriented personality, for a start date of 1 October 2026 or by agreement. This role will require travel and regular presence at Raiffeisen Banks in French-speaking Switzerland.


Financial Planning Specialist (m/f/d)


What awaits you?

  • Primary contact for Raiffeisen Banks regarding financial planning
  • Proactive support and advice to Raiffeisen Banks to optimise their positioning as investment banks offering all wealth management services for this clientele
  • Preparation of financial plans and estate analyses on behalf of Raiffeisen Banks as well as support in pension, retirement, tax and insurance advice for individuals including entrepreneurs
  • Support to Raiffeisen Banks in organising and hosting client events, conducting training sessions and workshops with Raiffeisen Bank advisors
  • Participation in sector meetings and events at the Swiss Headquarters in Zurich and St. Gallen.

What do you bring?

  • You hold a federal diploma as a financial planner or an equivalent qualification
  • You have several years of experience in financial planning, pensions and taxation
  • Excellent knowledge of the economic fabric of French-speaking Switzerland and institutional players, with strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong client orientation, marked initiative and ability to successfully manage new projects
  • Native French speaker with good command of German (spoken and written)
