On behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Test Manager (m/f/d) responsible for supporting several projects in defining and implementing the quality strategy within an agile environment.

Your mission

• Define and manage the test and quality strategy across several projects in coordination with business and IT teams.
• Ensure the implementation of testing activities in line with agile methodologies, project objectives, and existing processes.
• Support teams in structuring quality practices throughout the entire delivery cycle, from analysis to deployment.
• Monitor test plans, campaigns, defects, risks, and reporting with stakeholders and management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices, share methodologies, and support other test leads or managers.

• Higher education in IT at HES, EPF, university level or equivalent, ideally complemented by a certification in testing.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in test management, with demonstrated practice in agile environments.
• Excellent command of Jira Xray, good knowledge of OpenText Application Quality Management (formerly HP ALM), and ability to define and enforce a test strategy.
• Mastery of at least one recognised test management methodology (ISTQB, TMAP or equivalent) as well as an agile framework such as Scrum.
• Strong skills in risk analysis, communication, negotiation, and arbitration with project, business, and management stakeholders.
• Leadership, autonomy, organisational skills, and the ability to support testers while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
