Discreet, their priority is listening to and supporting all their property owners in managing their real estate assets.

Responsibilities

Your main duties are:

- Managing a small real estate portfolio in the Canton of Geneva (private owners only)

- Organising and conducting entry and exit inspections

- Overseeing all types of work (minor renovations, complete renovations, façades, roofs, etc.)

- Regular contact with tenants, owners and contracted companies

Candidate Profile

- Degree in real estate or construction

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Technical Manager in Switzerland required

- Very good knowledge of the construction market in Geneva

- Proven experience in managing all types of work
