Our client, a renowned architectural firm in the heart of Geneva, is seeking their next Site Manager to join a close-knit team. The firm, recognised for the quality of its architecture, undertakes iconic and highly varied projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and supervise construction sites, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met until project completion
- Coordinate between the various project stakeholders, including architects, engineers and subcontractors
- Attend site meetings and prepare minutes
- Monitor the quality of work carried out on site
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and allocated budgets
- Manage and oversee the administrative and financial aspects of projects
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Candidate Profile
- Education in the construction field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role in Switzerland
- Experience with large-scale projects
- Excellent knowledge of local sector regulations
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
