• Set up and operate CNC machines for parts requiring millimetric precision.
• Optimise machining cycles and ensure impeccable quality of components, in accordance with watchmaking standards.
• Participate in analysing and resolving technical issues related to production.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and ensure their optimal performance.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams in a spirit of continuous improvement.

Job requirements:
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a CNC screw machinist, ideally in the watchmaking industry or a similar field where precision is essential.
• Proficiency in CNC programming software and metrology tools.
• Ability to work rigorously and autonomously while meeting deadlines.
• Passion for precision trades and exceptional attention to detail.
