Philippe SA GenevaWatch ManagerMissionWithin the framework of this position, in our Product department of the Methods Division, you will be responsible for leading, with full autonomy, projects for our new Watch and Apparel products.Responsibilities- Analyze and guide watch constructions according to the processes available to production, defining the necessary means (basic data, instructions, tooling, plans, etc.) for the manufacturing and assembly of new products within established criteria.- Ensure project management by establishing regular reporting on the progress of the development process, in order to ensure the delivery of our timepieces in compliance with defined deadlines.- Ensure information sharing within the team and with all stakeholders involved.Profile sought- Master's degree in mechanics or micromechanics or equivalent diploma.- Minimum 8 years of experience in the watchmaking sector, ideally in the field of apparel and/or casing.- Mastery of project management and Quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC, etc.).- Mastery of an ERP (ideally SAP).- Knowledge of CAD (ideally Solidworks).- Analytical skills and critical thinking.- Ability to communicate concisely and propose solutions, autonomy, initiative, and team spirit.- Ability to coordinate and unite teams, listening skills, customer orientation, and results-oriented. jid9f6a8baaen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
