Within this role, attached to our Product Industrialisation department of the Methods Division, you will be responsible for independently leading industrialisation projects for our new Watch and Clothing products.

• Analyse and guide watch constructions according to existing processes.
• Provide production with the necessary means (basic data, instructions, tooling, manufacturing plans, etc.) for the manufacture and assembly of new products within established criteria.
• Manage the industrialisation process by producing regular reports on the progress of development, to ensure delivery of our timepieces within defined deadlines.
• Ensure information sharing within the team and with all relevant stakeholders.

• Master's degree from a University of Applied Sciences in mechanical or micromechanical engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of essential experience in industrialisation in the watchmaking sector, ideally in clothing and/or casing.
• Proficiency in project management and Quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC, etc.).
• Proficiency in an ERP system (ideally SAP).
• Knowledge of CAD (ideally Solidworks).
• Analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Ability to communicate concisely and effectively.
