Your responsibilities
- Carry out sweeping, cleaning and removal/marking tasks on both Airside and Landside involving driving trucks and service vehicles
- Maintain and inspect the airport’s green areas including mowing, trimming and pruning interventions
- Perform maintenance of fences, road signs and street furniture
- Respond to alarms requiring cleaning operations
- Ensure basic vehicle maintenance
- Participate in winter operations including snow clearance and aircraft de-icing fluid suction, involving a 24/7 on-call service during the winter season
- Work irregular hours inherent to service needs, including nights, weekends and public holidays
You hold a Federal VET Diploma or equivalent training, and you
- Hold a heavy goods vehicle driving licence (category C). Up-to-date OACP training is an asset. This position is subject to obtaining the OACP.
- Are comfortable driving vehicles and have some mechanical knowledge: an asset
- Have knowledge of green spaces or professional experience in horticulture: an asset
- Are proficient in spoken English and basic IT tools
- Are a person with excellent interpersonal skills and a very good team spirit
- Can manage priorities, demonstrate organisation, proactivity and great autonomy
- Move easily in the field, combining rigour, enthusiasm and availability
