Junior Application Engineer in IT Security


Your mission

Attached to the Cross-Expertise Division within the Solutions unit team, you are responsible for security solutions while collaborating with technical teams to develop and maintain secure solutions compliant with cybersecurity standards within our company.

Your main responsibilities

  • IAM/IGA | Identity and Access Management
    • Participate in the development and administration of identity and access management applications,
    • contribute to the design, testing, deployment and change management phases of the IGA solution,
    • analyse and develop scripts related to IAM solutions,
    • diagnose problems encountered by users, resolve application incidents, propose fixes,
    • contribute to the creation of role and access profile models, as well as the definition of associated processes,
    • ensure the integration of applications into access management processes,
    • maintain technical and operational documentation (runbooks, procedures, configuration repositories),
    • coordinate internal and external stakeholders on security application topics.

  • GRC | Governance, Risk and Compliance

    • Participate in the analysis of security incidents and propose simple fixes or automation scripts,
    • intervene in case of breach or threat: analysis, qualification, corrective action plan,
    • collaborate with the Security Governance unit; produce evidence for audits and certifications,
    • participate in the development stages of the PAM solution: design, testing, deployment, change management,
    • ensure compliance with the principles of least privilege, separation of duties and traceability.

Your profile

  • University or HES degree in computer science, cybersecurity or information systems,
  • basic knowledge in IT security, IAM, PAM or system administration,
  • ability to analyse and solve complex problems or perform complex activities,
  • 2 years of experience in integration and administration of IT security solutions,
  • mastered techniques: Scripting (Groovy, Python, PowerShell or Bash); Active Directory / LDAP; XML and JSON; Git; IAM concepts (authentication, authorisation, lifecycle, RBAC),
  • understanding of HR processes and their translation into access rules; modelling a business need into a technical rule (SoD, least privilege); incident management and coordination with third parties,
  • operational rigour; analytical skills, autonomy, communication, service orientation and team spirit,
  • leadership, ability to mobilise collective intelligence and work in a network,
  • good communication, ease in managing customer and supplier relationships,
  • autonomy, ability to manage conflicts, make decisions and good stress management,
  • a B2 level in English.
