Draughtsman (M/F)
Mission
Within this role, attached to our Research and Development Division, you will be responsible for ensuring the link between design and product manufacturing by producing definition plans and technical drawings using CAD and CAM tools, based on projects provided by the designers.
Responsibilities
- Create assembly drawings based on validated specifications, then detail drawings using the SolidWorks CAD software.
- Write bills of materials and technical sheets for explanation and traceability of our technical data.
- Update existing drawings in compliance with internal procedures.
- Support designers and be proactive within the framework of our continuous improvement.
- May be required to produce mechanism models in plexiglass or 3D printing.
Profile sought
- Federal VET Diploma as a draughtsman-designer in microtechnology (or equivalent).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role including participation in business projects.
- Proficiency in technical drawing (SolidWorks).
- Mastery of GPS dimensioning.
- Proficiency in office tools (MS Office).
- Good watchmaking knowledge (basic calibres and complications).
- Knowledge of material machining processes and industrial technologies.
- Knowledge of Swiss Watchmaking International Standards (NIHS) is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy and customer focus.
