Within this role, attached to our Production Division, you will lead, organise and supervise the Workshop activity to ensure the execution of the production plan according to quality criteria and Patek Philippe standards.

• Plans, organises and directs stamping, machining, welding and manual operations activities, achieving results while respecting quality and deadlines.
• Ensures an optimal coverage level of the blank stock by managing the load/capacity balance and strengthening industrial performance management to balance work-in-progress and pace the workshop.
• Leads, supports, encourages, motivates and develops a team of 18 employees, including 8 on shift work (2x8).
• Supports employees in managing individual and team performance, promoting training, learning, versatility and initiatives necessary for each person’s development and team performance.
• Leads and facilitates problem-solving using various methodologies while deploying continuous improvement approaches to stabilise processes and reduce non-quality rates.

• ES Technician and/or degree in Mechanical and/or Industrial Engineering or equivalent training.
• 5 years of managerial experience in an industrial production environment.
• Knowledge of the watchmaking sector is a real asset.
• Very good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and production management (OEE, 5S, Kanban, Conwip, problem-solving methods).
• Good command of an ERP and office tools (MS Office).
• Good interpersonal skills enabling the creation and maintenance of cross-functional links.
• Very good oral and written communication skills.
