In a context of development and modernisation of its digital services, an organisation active in financial services is strengthening its team dedicated to digital solutions. You will act as a functional and technical referent on digital solutions used by professional clients.
At the interface between users, internal teams and technical partners, you contribute to the adoption, proper functioning and evolution of digital services.
This role combines digital expertise, a service mindset and the ability to explain technical subjects to non-specialist interlocutors.
Responsibilities
- Support B2B clients and internal teams in the use of digital platforms.
- Provide expert support on technical and functional issues, including analysis and resolution of complex incidents.
- Work on transactional flows and payment systems, in line with clients’ operational needs.
- Participate in the integration, configuration and monitoring of solutions connected to third-party systems.
- Carry out interventions at clients’ premises (deployment, support, training, follow-up).
- Design and lead training sessions on digital tools and services.
- Document encountered cases and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with IT, product, customer relations, compliance teams and external partners.
- Ensure technological watch on developments related to digital platforms, payments and security.
Profile
- Higher education in computer science, finance, business IT or equivalent field.
- Proven experience in a role related to B2B digital solutions, expert support or digital services.
- Good understanding of transactional environments, digital platforms and security issues.
- Comfortable in a client-oriented role, with the ability to simplify technical subjects.
- Very good command of French and German (spoken and written). English is an asset.
