Your field of activity
You will hold a key position within our Thermal Networks Service with the unique opportunity to participate in the Viteos energy transition.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- Prepare the projects for the CAD network site works, in particular:
- Produce preliminary and project plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders (sales, construction) and external ones (engineering offices, suppliers)
- Establish technical commercial offers
- Manage tenders and building permit applications
- Monitor projects for connecting new buildings to the CAD networks
- Ensure the link between the technical office, construction teams and sales teams
- Monitor the planning of CAD infrastructure development using GIS tools
- Carry out thermal installation surveys, size and monitor the execution of works
- Assist engineers on large-scale projects, conduct specific studies for business development
The prerequisites, you must :
- Hold a diploma as a Civil Engineering Draughtsman or Building Technology Designer, ET/ES Technician or equivalent
- Master GIS software (e.g. ESRI, QGIS) and AutoCAD
- Have experience in a technical field such as construction, building or energy
- Possess good knowledge of hydraulics, construction standards and safety rules
- Enjoy contact and be able to work in a team
- Hold a driving licence
