Deputy Technical Director (M/F)
Responsibilities
- You manage all administrative tasks of the technical department, including processing invoices, delivery notes, letters and administrative documents
- You manage maintenance contracts as well as the follow-up of preventive maintenance of the building's technical installations
- You manage schedules, leave, holidays, absences and the administrative follow-up of the technical team
- You supervise the coordination of technical interventions carried out by internal teams and external companies
- You supervise the monitoring of regulatory inspections and ensure the compliance of technical installations
- You organise, prepare and follow up on work meetings, technical sessions and minutes
- You manage the administrative follow-up of technical projects, tenders and work-related files
- You supervise communication between technicians, external service providers and various hotel departments to ensure smooth and effective communication
Profile sought
• You manage priorities with rigour, autonomy and excellent organisational skills
• You effectively supervise several files simultaneously thanks to your initiative and versatility
• You build trusting relationships with technical teams, external companies and various hotel contacts
• You have proven experience in a building technical environment, ideally in hospitality or the construction sector
• You are proficient with office tools and have knowledge in building maintenance, HVAC, electricity, plumbing, fire safety and reading technical plans
• You hold a qualification such as a commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC), BTS Executive Assistant, Assistant Manager or an equivalent qualification complemented by experience in a technical environment
