MISSION DESCRIPTION

As a customer advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Answering calls from clients
- Advising and redirecting clients to the company’s products
- Examining each request with the aim of providing an appropriate solution
- Writing correspondence
- Ensuring a high quality service
EXPECTED PROFILE
- You have a commercial training background
- You have experience in the banking sector in Switzerland and/or a call centre in Switzerland
- You have an excellent command of French (level C2-C1), good knowledge of German or Italian (level B2-C1), all three national languages would be a huge asset!
- You are comfortable with common IT tools
- You have a strong customer orientation and a good sense of initiative
- Extract from the criminal record and extract from the debt collection register will be required for this assignment
