MISSION DESCRIPTION
As a customer advisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Answering calls from clients
  • Advising and redirecting clients to the company’s products
  • Examining each request with the aim of providing an appropriate solution
  • Writing correspondence
  • Ensuring a high quality service

EXPECTED PROFILE
  • You have a commercial training background
  • You have experience in the banking sector in Switzerland and/or a call centre in Switzerland
  • You have an excellent command of French (level C2-C1), good knowledge of German or Italian (level B2-C1), all three national languages would be a huge asset!
  • You are comfortable with common IT tools
  • You have a strong customer orientation and a good sense of initiative
  • Extract from the criminal record and extract from the debt collection register will be required for this assignment
